Data we process
HerdDeck is designed for livestock management. Depending on how you use the product, records may include animal identifiers, group information, stock movements, finance entries, medical actions, ration plans, app settings and account or entitlement status.
Purpose of processing
Data is used to provide the application, preserve your records, support demo or trial access, enable platform access between Android and Windows, improve reliability and respond to support requests.
Demo, trial and paid access
Demo mode uses sample data. Trial and paid access may allow real farm data entry. If an active subscription is not available, access may move to read-only archive mode as described in the product.
Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep account credentials private and maintain their own exports or backups when available.
Third-party services
The service may rely on platform providers such as Google Play, Cloudflare hosting and analytics or crash-reporting tools where enabled. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy documentation.
