HerdDeck Shepherd processes data needed for sheep flock management, licensing, subscription verification, device entitlement, synchronization, backup, support and security. The app does not ask users to create a separate user-facing HerdDeck account inside the app.
Registros de granja y técnicos
Depending on features used, processed data may include animal records, stock, finance, medical, reports, feed/ration information, device identifiers, app version, synchronization state, diagnostics and support communications.
Pagos
Android purchases and subscriptions are handled through Google Play. HerdDeck does not intentionally collect payment card numbers, bank details or direct payment credentials.
Uso y compartición
Data is used to provide the service, enforce plan limits, verify subscriptions, support sync/backup, provide support, improve reliability, prevent misuse and maintain security. HerdDeck does not sell user data to advertisers.
Conservación y solicitudes
Data is retained as needed for local app use, cloud synchronization, backup, support, licensing, fraud prevention, compliance and security. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
