HerdDeck Shepherd does not require a separate user-facing HerdDeck account inside the app. Internal license, device, quota, synchronization, backup, support and security records may be maintained to operate the service.
Lokale gegevens
Local farm data may be removed using available app functions, local database deletion, uninstalling the app or resetting app data, depending on platform and available tools.
Cloud- en operationele gegevens
For access, correction, export or deletion requests related to HerdDeck-controlled cloud, sync, backup, support, license or operational data, contact [email protected].
Beperkingen
Some records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or platform-compliance reasons.
Abonnementsopmerking
A data deletion request does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Google Play.
