Data Deletion Requests

HerdDeck Shepherd does not offer a separate user-facing account creation flow inside the app. This page explains how users can request deletion or correction of HerdDeck-controlled data.

No separate in-app HerdDeck account

The app does not ask users to create a separate HerdDeck username/password account. However, HerdDeck may keep internal license, workspace, device, quota, synchronization, backup, support and security records necessary to operate the service.

Local app data

Farm records stored locally on the user’s device can be removed by using available app functions, deleting local databases, uninstalling the app or resetting app data, depending on platform and available tools.

Cloud and operational data

For deletion, correction, export or access requests related to HerdDeck-controlled cloud, synchronization, backup, support, license or operational data, contact [email protected].

HerdDeck may request enough information to identify the relevant license, device, workspace or data set and to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

Limits and subscription note

Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or platform-compliance reasons.

Data deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through Google Play.
