Platform model
Android subscriptions and purchases are handled through Google Play. HerdDeck does not collect card numbers, bank details or direct payment credentials for Android access.
Windows access is connected to eligible Android subscription entitlement and requires activation or verification according to the product rules.
Trial and plans
HerdDeck may offer a free trial before paid access begins. Published plan names, prices, limits and features may change over time and are shown in the app, Google Play or official HerdDeck materials.
Cancellation
Subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play subscription management. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access may continue until the end of the current paid period, subject to Google Play rules and applicable law.
Refunds
Refund eligibility for Android purchases is generally determined through Google Play policies and applicable law. HerdDeck cannot guarantee a refund outside the rules of the payment platform or applicable mandatory law.
Plan changes and contact
If a plan is changed, upgraded, downgraded, cancelled or expires, available features, sync, backup, device access and active animal limits may change accordingly.
